ITCCs work on accelerating and supporting the utilization of IT applications in the trade sector. Accordingly, introducing high- tech in this sector shall upgrade the skills of the involved human resources.
Services offered by Trade ITCCs:
§ Providing specialized training courses in various PC applications serving the trade sector.
Example: offering introductory courses in Word, Excel,
Access, and other software packages. In addition to offering courses in
both basic and advanced internet usage.

§ Creating a direct link between traders and Trade Information network.
Example: An ITCC in Alex. established an economic
monthly report published electronically, to update the traders community
with most of the related issues posted on the Trade Information Network.
