Establishing an ITCC is not a hard thing to do. Entities who show a serious intension to establish an ITCC are provided, by the MCIT,  with:

o       The training of trainers.

o       The  setup of the center in the form of:
1.      10 PCs,
2.      Software packages,
3.      LAN (Local Area Network),
4.       Internet connectivity.

The interested entities are required to follow these guidelines set by the MCIT, officially presented through the ISDO.

Guidelines of establishing a center

1.      Announcement (through the different means of media)            
       The  Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, officially presented through the ISDO( Information Society Development Office) announces the pre- planned number of ITCCs targeted in the different sectors as healthcare, trade, industry, etc. Those who are interested are welcomed to submit their proposals. 

2.      Execution: 
          ISDO offers a TOR to the interested entity, in order to follow  the guidelines and discuss them with representatives of the office, when necessary. Submitted proposals are then shuffled , in order to select the best proposals meeting the TOR.
